Good afternoon
I’m wondering if anyone has experiencd really bad nausea while on Tagrisso? My mum has been on it nearly 18 months and this has now started. Docs say take anti sickness tablets which do help at the time however she doesn’t want to rely on this constantly and feels we need to get to the bottom of what’s causing it. Also worried about this being a sign of progression? Anybody had experience of this? Thank you
Hi Binijac sorry you haven’t had a reply to your post yet. I have no personal experience with Tagrisso but I know there are a couple of people in the group on this treatment, so hopefully someone will be along to answer you soon.
I noticed you mentioned the doctor has given her anti sickness. Was this the GP or the Oncoligist?
Hello. Thank you for your kind reply. It was the oncologist that has given a new anti sickness. She’s 18 months in on this treatment and scans been stable but the past month has experienced bad nausea which can be a side effect of Tagrisso anyway but she’s not had it before really. She has a scan coming up at beginning of July and I’m really hoping this is not a sign of progression. Very worrying. I hope you’re doing ok. Thanks again for reply.
