Hi,
Bit of a long shot, maybe, but I've just seen the News on the telly about the NHS doing blood tests for cancer. There's more on the BBC website - www.bbc.co.uk/.../health-65042224 - and lung cancer is included in what they test. Seems to me it's exactly what you need.
Just because it's being done at Royal Marsden doesn't strike me as an obstacle, given that they only need to take a blood sample and that gets sent to America where they do the actual test anyway. Worth a try?
Anyway, congratulations on the successful surgery and stay well.
kind regards
Steve
