My taste buds have been all over the place since having chemo and immunotherapy. Some food textures are also horrible. It hasn't been constant. I have been a coffee addict most my life, but now I find it mostly an unpleasant taste.
The horrible taste does put you off food and drinks it did with me so I didn’t drink enough which was not good I love my cups of tea but now I can’t drink them I’m now on milky coffee the horrible taste has now gone so I’m eating more as long as it has a spicy taste to it and drinking more cranberry juice we just need to eat and drink things that over ride the horrible taste
Like most people have said my taste loss continues. My treatment has been 1 year with chemotherapy and immunotherapy and continues with maintenance immunotherapy So I don't think I can add anything of value to this post.
