Stable

I have really bad achey joints bones from treatmentand stetiods and for not doing much for a year gained weight started lane swimming hope this helps anyone got and tips are have same problem as its really painfull 

Hi TonyB that is great news to hear that you are stable. I have been in the stable club for nearly 8 years now, but still dread those scans as I fear what it will show. It is hard to put it to the back of your mind, but it is good to try and do that.  Swimming will be good for your mind as well as your body, I hope you enjoy it xx
