I can understand what a shock it must have been to be diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma after years of having symptoms explored. I couldn't see the symptoms you described listed but the best people to ask would be the team who are looking after you. You mentioned that you have an appointment with ENT so if this is soon you could ask then. If not then it would be best to get in touch with the team who diagnosed the tumour as soon as possible.

I'm not sure the two would be connected, especially if the pins and needles are both sides, it will be worth mentioning to the specialist and if it's not connected then I would ask your GP
