mum liver cancer

hi all 

my mum has recently been diagnosed with liver cancer we will get the results on thursday about what stage etc,

she has gone off food says it all tastes sweet is there anything that will stop that as i’m trying to build her strength up

    my dad was recently diagnosed with HCC tumour is 15cm & he’s terminal. His appetite is poor is on fortisip drinks twice daily enjoys ice cream & jelly it’s so difficult to get him to eat as he’s feel full. Has totally went off carbohydrates.
    Dietician recommended eating little & often high fat foods but depending how he feels on the day that can be difficult
