A cancer diagnosis indeed brings confusion, stress and many questions but I found talking with other people who are on the same type of journey helped a lot. I just dropped in and noticed you've not received any replies as yet. I don't have the came cancer as you but I'm sure someone will reply very soon. I see you have joined our supportive Liver cancer group, this is a good place where you will connect with others walking the same journey.
It’s always good to talk and the Macmillan Support Services provides lots of information, support, financial guidance or just a listening ear.

HelloTray66 ...sorry about your diagnosis.... hope all goes well for you it’s a shock I know.... just like the welcoming MrsBH says
I also know there is a lot of helpful information on this site ....cup of coffee me and my IPAd digging for info on McMillan Every morning
I was diagnosed with secondary liver cancer no treatment possible I’m told....so fatal
so I decided not to tell some people I know, who I was aware would be a “nuisance” didn’t want the question or remark....
”you look better today” or “ how you feeling” I’ve stopped that ....
make it for you too...tell them.... I’m still me ... but mainly people are frightened of cancer and don’t know what to say
so we’ve got to guide them .....P.S make them laugh it works! Paper knickers may happen for you ....I had wear to them for a while
so singing “Paper Roses” and changing the last word to knickers caused a nurse to go into hysterics
It’s like medicine ....seek comedy on tv ...movies...audio ...
very best wishes
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
