Hi, new to this group. I have seen a hepatologist for pain on right side (near flank), he ordered blood work and results came back with a flag of low RBC, low hemoglobin and low hematocrit. Also an Alpha 1 fetaprotein (AFP) of 4.5 Based on everyone's experience, should I be expecting a call soon??

I'm not a member of this group but I noticed that your post had gone unanswered.
I assume that your GP has told you the results of the blood tests so could you speak to him/her to find out what the next step is? Alternatively, you could phone the hepatologist's secretary and ask when you'll be seen.
