Hello

I am a stage 4 kidney cancer sufferer and have been for 5 years. I didn't know about this forum but will keep an eye on it from now on.

However I have a question. Can anyone recommend a company for travel insurance...I am going on holiday in the near future and need insurance. The usual companies won't touch me with a barge pole. So if anyone has any recommendations I would appreciate it.

Have you tried Staysure? I got insurance 3 months after my partial nephrectomy. I have also had a heart attack and stent fitted the year before. It was very cheap for Europe but we went to Mexico as I had the s*d it attitude as I felt I deserved a nice holiday!!! It cost about £650 but the holiday was worth it!

There is a forum on here specially for travel insurance!

You should be able to get some suggestions from there too. Staysure come up quite often when people ask.

Hope you are planning to go somewhere exciting!
