Hello, I am just introducing myself.
In my mid 50's and diagnosed with kidney cancer just over a year ago that had spread to my lungs and bones. I started treatment on an infusion fortnightly (Avelumab) and daily pills (Axitinab). This stopped working in September so I am now on Everolimus and Lenvatinib pills daily.
I've just had a week in hospital with an infection but now home and finishing a course of antibiotics tomorrow.
I've had 2 doses of radiotherapy.
Apart from being very very tired all the time and have lost my strength I actually feel okay!
Joined this group just as a bit of moral support by chatting with others in the same boat.
Regards
Hi - similar position, but spread to lungs only. I was only diagnosed Nov 21 and starting nivolumab & ipilimumab on Tuesday. I'm 52. Like you I've noticed changes in energy levels, but you wouldn't know anything was wrong with me and I'm still to tell the family.
I noticed you posted this around 3am - I hope it's not affecting your sleep too much. But saying that, I went to bed at 8pm last night and got up at 4:30am!

Welcome both to the group. I'm no longer a community champion but like to keep an eye on things every so often. This is a friendly group, so I hope you both find support here.
