Hi Andy s2 welcome to the kifneyu cancer group. Altho I have kidney cancer vive not experienced cryoblation. I had a radical nephrectomy way back in 2005.
I hope someone else in the group will come along to enlighten you.
Fear of the unknown is the worst thing. Once we know what we're facing, we find the strength to deal with it.
Hi I'm new to the group & I'm waiting on an appointment to have cryoablation on my right kidney. I was hoping to have a partial nephrectomy but due to me having a liver transplant I am too high a risk, so cryoablation was the safest & preferred treatment option for me. Like yourself I would like to hear from anyone who has had this treatment & how successful it has been. Sorry I cant offer any advise for you.
