Dear Wini have you thought about drinking milkshakes or smoothies ? I also suggest that you talk to your GP or Urology nurse as you might have an infection as you are only one week out of surgery.
That’s exactly what I am eating, but spoke to my nurse specialist today and she reassured me that this is normal.
Lucozade can help you until you feel better.
Stop taking codeine if you can. Pain its manageable . This worked very well for me

Milkshakes ,several a day though.
It certainly helps to know I am not the only one, just started a few solids 2 weeks after surgery.
Me too, took me 2 weeks before I actually felt like eating but equally every time I did try to eat I ended up wanting to be sick.. due to the pain
