Re diagnosis advice

I can't help with kidney removal or growth into the vena cava, but I am on immunotherapy - going to stop after a 2 year stint.  Did you have anything specific you wanted to know?  Is it in regards to immunotherapy after kidney removal?  There's a few people on here having pembro for that.  I'm in the other category - immunotherapy after it's spread elsewhere.  It's done me well but time to stop before I get any significant adverse events like diabetes or adrenal insufficiency.   I will return to immuno if the bu55er raises its head again.
