Forgive me posting a non cancer matter. Last year I hd two hba1c tests for diabetes and my results were said to be extremely high. Almost off the scale at 98. They went into major panic. Metformin, eye tests, foot test, consultations, nurse calls etc.
Three months in the next test the reading was 38.
Either I have created medical history or the first readings were a gross error.
I have now changed surgeries and my new doctor tactfully describes these readings as "very unusual" which is medical speak for completely wrong !
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
