Hi Sandy 55 hear, I have been put on this combination of the two, second level treatment as my previous treatment stopped working, I was wondering if anyone else is on the same my cancer has spread to my liver now, any communication will be useful Sandy
Hi Sandy, my husband (51) started on this combination (his third line treatment) in September 2021. Subsequent scan showed stable disease, so can assume the drugs were working. However in Feb they took him off for a period as he was not tolerating the drugs well at all and was very unwell. Then in March they reintroduced the drugs one at a time in lower doses, which he has tolerated better. We haven’t had a scan yet since the dose was lowered, so no idea whether it’s working or not. But I am hoping so, he has felt so much better.
Hi Vulpes,
Thank you for getting back to me I started this combination Tuesday 12 April, I am on quite a low dose so not sure how it will work for me, how long has your husband been on this treatment, sorry for the questions I am on 2.5mg of Everolimus and 2x 4mg of Lenvatinib a day, I hope it is working ok for your husband and I hope they have the right dosage for him.
Regards Sandy
