Would anyone have any ideas on relieving pain and discomfort, in the ribs/back. Been up all night and with most places closed over the next few days; looking for some relief. What to take or what not to take??
do you have any pain relief at home like paracetamol or anything like that which are better on your stomach, are you really sure it is not wind I take anti acids for my pain because it can be excruciating, the first time I had it I through I was having a heart attack, it was in my shoulder blade behind my collar bone and in my chest under my ribs, I had to sleep sitting up hope you get some relief as it is painful
Have u got a hot water bottle seemed to help with me id avoid ci codomol as it constipates alot of people which makes back pain worse maybe heat spray or cream
Thanks Sandra , I actually have Tramadol and Buttons, I was thinking more along the lines of cranberry, or something, but don't want to take something that would give my kidneys more grief.
