Hi everyone, just finished my 6th Gem/Cis chemo and l am surprised how exhausted l have become over the smalledt tasks. I walk 3- 4 miles a day and it's OK, on the level but going up any incline wears me out. Ditto doing DIY jobs, like drilling or gardening etc. This is not just tiredness but muscle fatigue. I hope this is "normal" but l am now looking at my two further Chemo Cycles with trepidation? Anyone having the same experience? Regards Adrian
Suzi1,
Thankyou for your reply and your praise. My bloods are tickety boo, so l guess it's the fatigue. But like you my old ticker rate does go up when l exert myself, like stairs and weightlifting ( joking on that )
Keep safe and thanks again.
Adrian
Sorry Suzi2. Misread your "nomme de plume"
