Hi Folks, Suffolkflyer here. I am 76 yrs and into my 3rd Cycle for kidney cancer which has gone to psoas muscle and beyond. I am feeling pretty good apart from tiredness (well 76 yrs and al that) but my main worry is my legs. I walk about 4-5 miles a day with my working dog but am starting to get a bit wobbly and have a stick for a bit of moral support. Can anyine offer me some simple exercise or method to try and combat "the wobbly legs". Many thanks and please all keep hanging on in. Regards Suffolkflyer.
Hi Suffolkflyer, your wobbly legs may b part of a general thing my oncologist refers to as " cancer fatigue" or could b due to your meds?
So it could be that exercise nor another method may not help much. Hopefully someone else will suggest something for you. I feel tired all the time, but have the added complication of low thyroid.
Good luck with continuing your walks- I feel most envious.
Sue
