Hello Everybody,
Recently I have been offered to participate in a clinical trial called 'Phase 3 Placebo-Controlled Trial of Adjuvant Pembrolizumab in Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) Post Nephrectomy'. It is for people after having a nephrectomy and with a diagnosed cancer tutor greater than T2 (mine was T3).
I was wondering if anyone else in this group is already taking part in this trial and if they are prepared to provide their experience of the trial?
Thanks & Regards,
Mark
Hello mark60528, I hope your well at the moment, I feel a bit like a match maker here but I've just noticed that Shazzam69 and you are both asking the same question about the pembro trial and neither of you have had an answer yet. I thought I'd link you in to each others post so that you can talk about it, immunotherapy pembro trial.
I have a different cancer metastatic melanoma and I'm currently on Pembrolizumab for that since June 2018, although I also had it April 2016 to April 2017 which is why your post caught my eye. I had minimal side effects but everyone is different.
I hope this helps you both.
Take care KT
