Had a set back today went to hospital to discuss latest CT and MRI scans. Been 6 months on Pazobanib but it's stopped working. Now have new mets in lungs. Starting 2nd line treatment next week choice of two drugs, has anyone had Lenvatinib and Everolimus together or Axitinib?? Trying to find out what side effects people have experienced.
Thanks x
Hi
I'm very sorry to read that Pazobanib has stopped working for you and you have new mets in your lungs.
Although I can't help with the choice of drugs I noticed that your post had gone unanswered. It could be that nobody else on here has had experience with those drugs or they haven't seen your post yet. By replying to you it will 'bump' your post back to the top of the page where someone with the experience you need may see it.
While you're waiting to see if you get a response you could use the search bar in this group to look for previous posts about these drugs. You could also post your question in ask a nurse where one of the specialist nurses will try to respond within 2 working days.
Wishing you all the best with your new treatment

Thanks Latchbrook much appreciated. It seems different NHS trusts provide different treatments. I have done some research and have questions for my oncologist next week. Told my boys this weekend trying to be positive and it's hard to do that when you just want to protect them so they don't worry.
Xx
You're welcome
Hope your oncologist can provide answers to your questions next week. If you don't mind me asking, how old are your boys? It's natural that you want to protect them but are they of an age where they can also provide you with support?

Yes they are 40, 38 and 32 and they do support me and keep telling me to just think of myself and stop worrying about them but I've done it all my life so it's hard not to. I am moving home to be nearer one of them as at the moment they are all over the country and they don't want me to be on my own. X
Moving nearer one of your sons sounds like a good idea and I'm glad that they're supporting you. I don't have children myself but friends who do say you never stop worrying no matter how old they are!
