Cabometyx 20mg

Hi everyone

Question. I've been having some problem side effects following 2 years + on the

40mg Cabometyx,  if I cant get the anus problem under control, there's talk of reducing the drug to 20mg so taking a 14 day break

Is any body on 20mg Cabometyx.

Is it working?

    Side effects have been as many as it says on the packet. But I feel if I cant get to a reasonable length of time with the 40 mg then I will not need to lower the dose to 20mg

    Then the 64 m$ question what happens next?
