Hi guys...so quick question if you have just made the connection on what all the different symptoms over the last 12 years have been ...and do the research to find out that quite a few of your symptoms of end of life symptoms.

So I have all the symptoms bar nausea ....I'm in constant pain that's growing worse daily .....but as I'm not diagnosed with so much as a cold I can't get any pain relief or other kind of healthcare ....what should I do

Unfortunately I have no family to turn to and I have one close friend that thinks I'm overreacting so I also have nobody to raise my concerns with .....which has all lead to not being able to sleep

  • Hi again , looks like you’ve been having a sleepless night.

The fact that you have been having these symptoms for so long you obviously have some underlying health condition.

Please don’t go down the rabbit trail of ‘end of life’ symptoms. I have talked with many people over the years who have been in the same position as yourself and the medical professionals have found it hard to pinpoint what the problem is but it can take time and perseverance.

As I said in your other post you have to keep working with your GP (who is taking your seriously) to get to the bottom of this.

As for talking with people, get yourself in the Maggie's Centre and talk with the team.

Or call the Macmillan Support Line open 8am-8pm (timings may differ across services) 7 days a week on 0808 808 00 00. as this service provide cancer information, practical information, emotional support or just a listening ear.

Take a breath and another…… and let’s see you get some clear answers soon.
