To all about to start or going through treatment... Four years ago I was going through treatment having been diagnosed in March 2015. Treatment finished in September the same year and today at my follow up I was told I am still in remission! Just wanted to reassure anyone going through this that you do come out the other end and life gets back to normal and normal feels epic!! Take care all, Dxx
Hi, good to read that all is still well and great you are still keeping in touch and offering encouragement to others, long may that be the case and epic sounds good
take care
john
Hi , I do love when folks come in past and put up encouraging posts.
You journey will be a great comfort for those looking down the dark tunnel ((hugs))
I have to say a huge thank you to everyone for the support and advice that has been given on this thread
My wife is due to receive her final diagnosis this afternoon at 3:30pm once the MDT have met and discussed the results. They will also explain the treatment plan but the haematologist is hoping to start chemo next thursday
Glad the wait is finally over and we can look to start treatment
Will post updates once we have an idea of what we are dealing with
Once you have all the information (take those notes) I would advise you start a new thread in the Forum that her Lymphoma fits into.
General Non-Hodgkin lymphoma
T-Cell Lymphoma (my type)
Hi Daisy,
Yes, she still has a very low immune system which they are trying to help with (in Oxford as she now lives south) but otherwise, she's doing pretty well, and is right now in St Petersburg presenting for Medici TV, for the Tchaikovsky Brass classical music competition! She's a joint presenter with a Russian composer, so has to stand and look pretty if he's translating stuff into Russian!

Very true, Daisy!
shes happier today as there’s a different crew and the ear pieces are working better! And the camera seems to love her, she looks stunning!
