Omg how do you deal with and get comfortable with these pains. They started at 4am and liquid morphine and paracetamol are not doing anything. The hospital says it's because of the injection and it will wear off but I still have tonight's to go.
Just can't sit still as can't get comfortable!!!
Hi,
i assume it’s the Filgrastim or G-CSF injections? Have the staff not advised you about taking a once a day antihistamine, Claritin? (Generic name is Loratidine in case you need to buy them)
its advisable to begin the day or so before the injections, and together with regular paracetamol it should help. The USA use this a lot.
Hope things ease for you, sounds odd and counter-intuitive too, but gentle exercise like walking does help with pain.
hugs xxx
