Hello everyone,
Hope all is well on your sides,
I am doing well, except for my back. I have been experiencing back pain at the upper part, i have done bone scan nothing serious everything is okay. Is there anyone who had experienced the same in the past or present? and what measures have you taken? which medicine will help out?
Can yoga help?!
Thank you all for your time, wishing you all good healthy days.
Good morning , back pain?
Am I correct in saying you are over a year post treatments? I had a different type of Lymphoma with a diffrent treatment journey but back pain was part of my life for a good two years post treatment, I am three and half years post treatment now.
After a year post treatment I also was checked out and was told nothing to worry about, but this was on top of long standing Spinal Osteoarthritis.
I was referred to physiotherapist and the main advice was to keep moving (I was given exercises) stretching exercises, swimming - just move the muscles as the chemo does have a negative effect on our muscle mass.
I go to a weekly circuits class at my local Maggie’s Centre and that has made a lot of difference.
At the start I was taking Dihyficodine 3-4 times a day, now hardly any.
I am sure that some of the HL folks will be along.
Stretching ((hugs))
Thank you very much The highlander, those we’re helpful tips. I will surely use your advice.
Wishing you too all the best in your journey.
peace!
