Hello,
I've previously posted regarding my partner. He completed his 6 weeks of radiotherapy last October. He was told no sign of the cancer in January which was brilliant news. Unfortunately, secondary cancer found in hip and rib. 5 sessions of rt on these areas. My question/concern is that he's had a new ulcer on his tongue (cancer side) for the last two weeks. Is it too soon to panick about it being a recurrence? He's not unduly worried but I am. He's due his 3 monthly PET scan again end of July.
Hi. I would ring his CNS to contact oncologist. It should really be seen if only to put his and your mind at rest.

Hi like Dani says ring his cns I was always told they would rather see us early than wait.
I’ve had small ulcers inside cheeks and gums they’ve usually fine within 3 weeks by using either gelclair or aloclair ( I but online) now I can use bonjela but could be too much for him. I usually can pinpoint mine to new foods.
let us know how you get on.
