My husband got Covid, anyone take a prescription medicine to help, he’s on immounotherapy so hope he can still take something to help.

    I know you’re not supposed to take ibuprofen

  • Hi Chris.. I' m 11 months post CRT, and just getting over a really heavy cold/infection.. temps fluctuating wildly from 36.6-38.1.. all over the place.... doc did the stethoscope thing and said there was a definite growling going on, so put me on a short course of antibiotics.. feeling much better now, but still lots of phlegm..

    Oropharyngeal right tongue base T2N2bM0 squamous cell carcinoma p16 positive.. 

  • 20 months post CRT ....contracted Flu A at Christmas, hit me hard, GP gave me antibiotics.

  • Similar here. Went down with one of the nasties in circulation around Christmas. Chesty cough persisted. GP didn’t hesitate to prescribe antibiotics which cleared it up.

  • He’s taking paxlovid so that should help, he’s been sleeping most of the day. He didn’t need this!
