Thanks, found it!  (I sometimes get a bit lost following these threads on the mobile!!) 

I have been taken off Durophat because it dried out my mouth too much. I’m now on Sensodine and find it helps me more. I see the dentist again in a week and we will discuss which she recommends.  I have less tooth sensitivity as well now. 

I see the hygienist 4 times a year 

I understand that sensodyne repair and protect is supposed to be very good..

Morning all, WOW!  Good thread but lots of information to take in. I'm going to be a carer, my husband will start PBT in just over a week.  He will be off work to recover but will go back to work at some point.  Sounds like people here are saying to brush, rinse and apply something after lunch too.  That is potentially a lot for my husband to contend with at work. Anyone here who is at work and has developed their own routine?

I shall be returning to work at some point, and have already decided that a swish of BioXtra mouthwash half way through the shift might be a good idea..along with chewing gum..

If he wants to keep his teeth and not run the risk of osteoradionecrosis down the line he’ll manage. 

Hi it becomes routine.We travel  a lot It becomes easier the more you get used to it.

and I have. Small cosmetic bag just with my oral care.  I’ve done 32 hour ferry rides and 1800 kn car journeys Spain through France doing my teeth as needed.
