So, let's talk about how we should be looking after our teeth..
I personally, clean with Duraphat + floss as soon as I wake, and last thing before I retire to bed, along with interdentals.. with a swish of BioXtra midday ish..
But, I have some MI Paste+ still in date that I was using early in my treatment, that I wish to add to my routine before bed.
So, do I use Duraphat, wait half hour then apply MI Plus+... or am I overdoing the fluoride?
But, other than that, what recommendations can you make to optimise our dental care?
What is Mi paste please

Morning all, WOW! Good thread but lots of information to take in. I'm going to be a carer, my husband will start PBT in just over a week. He will be off work to recover but will go back to work at some point. Sounds like people here are saying to brush, rinse and apply something after lunch too. That is potentially a lot for my husband to contend with at work. Anyone here who is at work and has developed their own routine?
Thank you
Morning and evening here. I have no issues with that
I shall be returning to work at some point, and have already decided that a swish of BioXtra mouthwash half way through the shift might be a good idea..along with chewing gum..

It will become routine. Don’t worry.
If he wants to keep his teeth and not run the risk of osteoradionecrosis down the line he’ll manage.
