Hi all,
I’m getting worse at night waking up with uncomfortable mucus in my throat that I can’t seem to shift. I do have a nebuliser that helps but I wondered if anyone else struggles at night with breathing and is there any suggestions that can help?
Thanks for listening

My oncologist told me to stop using the nebuliser so much as it can also dry mucus up ,she told me to try steam ,head over a bowl with towel over ,it does work ,but another 20 mins added to the daily routine ,depending on how many times a day you decide, you could also add some Vicks or albas oil which helps too.
