Hello lovely people,
Was told recently that I am cancer free! It's been a whole year since I had my surgery for partial mandibulectomy and neck flap to replace extraction of 5 teeth. What a year it has been!
Healing has gone well although I still have lymphoedema in my neck but they say it will go eventually. Hope so.
I am waiting for a date for more surgery to cut into the flap which is now my gum, it's still too swollen to have teeth, then 2 months after that I will have dentures. What a ride but I feel very, very lucky. Thank you so much for your support throughout, it has been a godsend. Especial thanks to Lyn and Eddie, you have been amazing.
Wishing you all the very best for a Happy Christmas and a happy and healthy 2025. I will still be popping in to see your updates and be on hand if anyone needs information on gum and jaw issues. Take care and enjoy every day. Xxx
congratulations. wishing you all the best for your ongoing treatment.. and have a lovely Xmas.
