Hello everyone I'm not sure what happened to the last post I tried to post but I'll try again. Me and Ollie are doing good at the moment he's entering the toddler stage and is a little terror, I know dad would be laughing at me entering the toddler stage with him. As Christmas rolls closer I can feel the pangs of loss creeping up on me, I can't believe it'll be the second Christmas without dad but there's nothing I can do about it. All I can do is live with his wisdom and guidance he left me, I am still trying to find myself after his loss and adapt to him not being here. We recently went to a Christmas party hosted by the hospice for children who have lost family members Ollie. I hope everyone is well and has a lovely Christmas

Hi Acornette. Thank you for such a lovely update. I have a dear friend who passed away from cancer. She was a member of the forum but I never met her. Hazel ( who did) and I supported her for a long time through this awful disease and this New Years Day marks her second d birthday after her death. I light a candle for her and I will add one for your dad. You and Ollie will carry him through your lives. Hugs.

It’s because you post a photo of somebody else apart from you which is against community guidelines.
So the mods remove it.
I can see it on my email though. Ollie is gorgeous.

Hello Beesuit yeah I sent an email to Macmillan about it but understandably they cannot allow pictures of Ollie on here for obvious reasons, I would love to keep sharing photos of him to you guys because as I mentioned in my email despite having never met any of you, all of you have accompanied me in my darkest most vulnerable moments I see everyone on here who has provided me guidance as friends. I'm trying to think of a way maybe a group chat in email where I can update friends from here? But I'll leave that to everyone's individual discretion, by all means of anyone has an ideas let me know. Dad was one of the very few family members I have, I treasure the bonds I make with people and I really do want to still actively be able to connect here with you all.
Let me think on it. I’ll be back to you
