September 6th 2024 - results day! The doctor was amazing and entered the room with a big smile and said, ‘I’ve got good news for you!’ My husband got the all clear! Wow - not really sure how we feel, the emotions! It’s fantastic!
He was told he would return to the ENT team every 2 months and this would extend over time so here we go on the next part of the journey! I know it will still be a long road and I’m going to worry myself sick but on we go with hope
I want to thank people on here who have responded to my posts with their experience, wisdom and kindness. I didn’t post much but I’ve read everything and will continue to do so. It is such a powerful community and has been a godsend to me. Particular thanks go to Debbielouise who reached out to me and has been at the end of the phone when I’ve needed her
Thanks again all x
