Mask tends to be love/hate Paul. The test is at the end when they ask you whether you'd like to keep it or for them to dispose of it...mine is still in my cabin in the garden (wife wouldn't have it in the house). I never gave him a name, remiss of me.
Metastatic SCC diagnosed 8th October 2013. Modified radical neck dissection November, thirty-five radiotherapy fractions with 2xCisplatin chemo Jan/Feb 2014. Recurrence on larynx diagnosed July 2020 so salvage laryngectomy in September 2020.

Haven’t they changed over the last few years? The mesh is more open and many come with preformed eye and mouth holes.
I didn’t bring mine home. I went through a period wishing I kept it but then was glad I didn’t.
Radiographers do wonderful things with them for the children.
