Hi. Stretching helps me. I have a tendency to stiffen up a bit. Head down to chest. Head over side to shoulder, and repeat other way. Turn head to each side so that you’re looking over each shoulder. Hold each movement for five seconds and repeat five times. A heat pad can be helpful too. If it gets bad see if your hospital offers photobiomodulation
It’s not necessarily RT. We do get other stuff too.

Oh and a massage works wonders. I make up my own massage oil with St John’s wort I grow in the garden but lavender and ginger oils work well too.

Hi, Blod I very often get stiffness in my neck and across my shoulders. I do the exercises Dani has said, plus the following. Rotate the head 360 to the left then to the right 5 turns each, hold head on side with hand and push head against your hand, 5 each side. I hope my description makes sense.

Hi, I get a very stiff neck, and shoulders. I do the same stretching exercises the others have described plus I have paracetamol when it's really bad to help me to do the exercises just so that my other muscles don't seize up. The exercises definitely help. Hope it gets better soon, it's pretty limiting when it's bad
