Happy birthday to Sophie66 our mate from Adelaide who inputs so much on our small family forum. Especially when we’re asleep she’s awake.
Am sure you’ll join me in wishing her many more 70 today xx
Have a fab day
hugs Hazel
Thanks to you all for your birthday wishes. I am having a party tomorrow with family and friends and intend to have a ball.We are having a 70's theme so the disco balls are up and my kaftan is at the ready. I am so happy to have made 70 after all the challenges of my cancer journey so I thought it was well worth celebrating. Thanks to my wonderful surgeon for getting me through the last 10 years and thanks to all of you on this fantastic forum. You are truly all an inspiration and I wish you many long and happy years ahead.
Love Lyn

Had a fab time at my birthday party. Needed help blowing out the candles as I no longer have any puff but my granddaughter Sophie helped me out. Managed to eat the Blackforest birthday cake and trifle with no worries although the other food was off limits.Needed a quiet day yesterday to recover but it is all systems go today.

What memories that brings back. Prawn Cocktail, Steak and chips, Black Forest Gateau were the stuff of dinner parties or going out. You look absolutely wonderful in your Kaftan......
