Ideas please as to what I can put in my blended food and smoothies to give me more protein and calories. I have now lost 2 stone and really need to know how to put some back on.
Thank you Lillian

I bought almond powder and I used my food blender to crush the pistachios. I also add crème fraîche whenever I can to savoury dishes.
Durhamlady Peanut butter, banana and avocado made with full fat milk is a good one. You can get a thousand calories into one shake.

I like the sound of that one Dani but never tried avocado before xx
It’s high in vegetable fat which is good. You’ll lose the taste completely with the peanut butter and banana so it doesn’t matter what it tastes like. If you are going to try it blend everything but the peanut butter then add little bits at a time or you’ll end up with a sticky mess at the bottom of the blender.
You can substitute full fat vanilla ice cream for the milk
