Hi everyone,

Nearly 9 months post treatment and still getting that dry feeling at back of tongue ,my saliva is slightly better after some acupuncture, but not great.my ENT told me nothing to worry about ,I will have swelling and inflammation for a long while yet. Feel fed up sometimes and let it get the better of me ,which makes it worse. Any body got any advise please

Thanks Mark

  • Chewing gum and a mouth guard at night to mitigate the wear on your teeth. Works for me. Sometimes I go through a real dry patch. It’s a pig.

  • Hi people 18 months since my cast Radiotherapy still got dry throat and mouth at night. It’s slowly getting better I’ve discovered drinking fizzy water helps a lot keep hydrated
