Hello All
Just thought I’d let you know how I’m doing now post 1 year out, well it’s going really well tbh . No major issues apart from still being chained to the water bottle to eat . Mouth seems more moist during the day now which is a relief tbh, eating most foods apart from really hot and spicy stuff which I do miss but hey that’s a small price. I’m back to work full time although occ healt have said I must be accompanied when on the track and no night shifts at least till October .But yeah alls good and I hope it remains that way for us all .
regards
Gary

Hi Gary. Good news.
I can manage some spicy. Just experiment in another year. I can eat hot but it has to be the right kind which hits my mouth nicely but not my throat.

Hello all , just been for my six weekly with everything all ok . My specialist advised me that because now I’m a year out of treatment I have to go for an MRI . He told me that because I had no known primary thats the next step to make sure I’m all clear . Has anyone else done this before? Ah well roll on the scanxiety
Has anyone else done this before?
Not me but I think it’s fairly standard if your primary wasn’t found. Will they offer you yearly scans? Worth asking.
