Quick message 2 years today since I rung the bell after my last day of treatment. Where does time fly to. Have updated my blog with a few bits. Click on profile picture for link not sure if new format of forum wants us to put blog addresses on any more.

So pleased that you've hit the 2 year milestone Hazel, must be a wonderful feeling, hoping that I will be so so lucky. I'm sure that your positive mental attitude has helped and we're very lucky that you stay around to help everyone going through treatment and recovery.

Base of tongue cancer. T2N0M0 6 weeks Radiotherapy finished January 2019
Brilliant Hazel. We didn't have a bell to ring in Devon, I feel left out
Metastatic SCC diagnosed 8th October 2013. Modified radical neck dissection November, thirty-five radiotherapy fractions with 2xCisplatin chemo Jan/Feb 2014. Recurrence on larynx diagnosed July 2020 so salvage laryngectomy in September 2020.
It’s surprising how many hospitals don’t. Hope you are getting through the days and nights ok,we are all here for you to rant shout or just generally chat .Hazel x
