Hi! I'm Cleo. My Dad had laryngeal cancer and has to get The Big Op. I'm so worried as he's 84 and they are sending him for a PET scan in two days as they've found a mass in his lung. My wee mammy us still with me but she struggles with her mental health. I've no other family except 4 wonderful adult kids and a husband. Pleased ta meet ya!
Hi Cleo! So sorry to hear your news, fingers crossed things will go well (lung mass benign) and that the laryngeal hasn't spread. All the people on here are brilliant, supportive, caring and helpful. If you have any questions or worries, someone will always reply to help, if they can, or just provide support and a virtual shoulder to cry on if they can't. Many of them have been through the same or similar and they are usually able to help guide you through. They have been an amazing source of comfort and encouragement to me. Thinking of you. Big hugs, Hazel x
Hi Cleo
sorry found yourself on here. Hopefully you live near your mum and dad as they will need your support. Be guided by his team is the best advise and keep off google.
hugs Hazel
