Hi All

I was bought a humidifier for Christmas as my mouth is always dry (especially at night) I have been using it but can't say I have really noticed any difference.

Does anyone have experiences or tips they can share?

Should I continue with it?

Many thanks as always X

  • I don't know about everyone else but I am not really getting it, I think a photo might help LMAO

Sorry but my little wrinkled face is laughing behind the sticky plaster

It is so good that after all we have been through we can still laugh, I thank you for lifting my (& I am sure others) mood. XXX

  • Hi

3 years in and I still use a humidifier at night. I can tell if it runs out. Saliva is much better these days, but I still sip water through the night if needed and use Bioxtra gel. Just a small pea size that I rub round with my tongue - works a treat and I always carry a tube. I couldn't get to grips with the saliva sprays.

Thankfully I'm a nose breather at night, which was a nightmare in the 6 weeks post treatment. Full of cold at moment, so reverted to nasal douche before sleep to keep the nose open and mouth shut. It's a glamorous life we live!!

I think you should go on Dragons Den with that. I know plenty of men would buy that for their better half and prob vice versa

I bought my husband some Bluetooth earbuds for Christmas. I need to add the tape as a compulsory accessory
