Good Afternoon,
This is my 2nd Post - Oh my! Thank you - everyone was so helpful in respect of my post.
Hubby goes tomorrow to specialist dentist for teeth to be checked (for sure he'll need work as our own Dentist indicated this) my concern is - he has radiation Mask Moulding at 11.30am tomorrow also with CT Treatment Planning thereafter) I'm concerned if they decide ant teeth need pulled, it'll change 'size' of mask. Also Radiation is scheduled to start 2 weeks from today - do you think this will be delayed whilst any tooth extraction areas heal? Sorry for rambled message.
Ooh it's us six weeks daily RT (weekends off) 2 cycles of Cgemo - overnight stays for this. Are you allowed to accompany family member to 'Chemo Days' thank you

Hi Dani. All good with me thanks. 4.5 years and only 1 final review to go in November (I hope!) Likewise, not sure how I feel about no more ENT follow ups - good and bad. Had a melanoma removed from back last month, so other things to think about (and more follow ups!). Somerset Head & Neck Patient Group continues - great to meet others with similar experiences in person and online, so much to share and learn from each other. Keep up your fantastic work - this forum rocks. So many great contributors.
Great job you are doing too. Pants about the melanoma. My brother in law had one from his back too and he is OK
Yes this forum Rocks. So many people here support each other, especially those going through treatment at the same time. I hear a good few of our oncologists dip in too. A bit alarming how young the patients are getting.
Keep going with the excellent job you are doing too. It's a very scary world when you first dip your toe in.
Looking forward to that FIVE year post of yours.
Dani
