I didn’t but RT damages the throat to the extent that it does bleed so maybe that’s where it’s coming from. If you’re worried tell the radiologists at his next session

My nose didnt bleed, but i coughed up lots and lots of blood every day following treatment, and when i contacted the nurse i was told it was normal.

But definitely mention at radio

Whilst my nose didn’t bleed so that I needed to wipe /mop it, I did find that on getting up in the mornings both nostrils had dried blood in them. This wasn’t troublesome and soon disappeared once radiotherapy ceased.

Ive just finished week 5 of  6 weeks of radiation and I am suffering with bloody nostrils I checked with the radiotherapists who said this was normal, so I would check with your radiotherapist I think its to do with the field of your radiation.
