Thanks to everyone that took time to reply, I really appreciate it.

I have received lots of advice and tips for the future, I am due to start chemotherapy and radiotherapy shortly but I have to have some dental work and a feed tube inserted and a mould/mask made first.

will certainly return and let everyone know how I get on.
