Hi all, finished chemo & radiotherapy in March 22, and continuing with regular scans and check ups. My consultant asked me about any concerns, and i replied that I've recently been having muscle spasms/cramps in my neck. He said to me, if it gets worse I could maybe have botox injection in treatment site.
Anyone on the forum had this, suggested or administered?
Thanks in advance for any replies/information.
Hi WHUMARK
I have no experience myself but I’m just bumping this post back up to the top of the page. Hopefully somebody will see it.
I’ll do a search of the forum for you

I get this from my 2 neck dissections. After nearly 6 years I am used to them and just ride through them. I've not been offered anything to help, but they are really not high on my list of post treatment issues.
Good evening WHUMARK, the only time it was suggested to me was when they were trying to give me a better lip seal after jaw reconstruction but they siad it would only offer a short term solution and would not solve the problem in my case but im sure it has positive benifits in some cases. Maybe it would be worth giving it a try as it might benifit you. All the best.
Chris
