Hi there,
can I ask if anyone has had tried & had any success with the Rick Simpson oil? My mum has neck cancer & had all treatments last is palative chemotherapy!! But she is hesitant to take it because of all the side effects! They said if she died it will only shrink the tumer for weeks/months if it works at all but they are worried about the side effects on her! I have you tubed/googled any other treatments for her & I keep coming across this CBD/Rick Simpson oil some saying it cured there cancer some dating it helps a lot with pain/sleep/anxiety etc.. any advice would be great! Also my mum attends the Beaton in Glasgow for her oncologist & treatment! Has anyone attended any were for 2nd opinions? I feel like it’s my mums life on the line here & we just need to accept this guy’s opinion of course he is amazing at his job but how do we get more information from other oncologists for 2nd opinions?
thsnks so much x
Hi Sky sorry to hear about your mum.
It’s easy enough to get a second opinion. Just ask your oncologist to put you in touch with somebody. You won’t offend him. Doctors are used to referring snd indeed giving second opinions.
As for the oil it’s cannabis so might well offer some pain relief but that’s the limit of its action I’m afraid
I hope you and your family find some answers and some peace
Best wishes
Dani
