Thanks for all your advice this week. I’m actually having a good weekend off treatment till Monday.
ive changed what and how I eat and actually managing very well now. Still eating small portions but regularly. I don’t have any feeding tube at all so doing ok. Start week 4 tomorrow so hopefully I can keep it up?
ive found kids food works well, bag of quavers, rice crispy bars etc. Also managed some salad and pasta last night. Got some mild tastes as well. Feeling quite good.
I have the calorie drinks from the dietitian if I need them but not had one yet I’m also keeping a food diary so I can show them what I’m eating
I honestly can’t thank you guys enough for your help and advice.
have a great Sunday!
thanks
Samantha

Hi Sam well done. Yes small and often is a good plan. I still used tk sit at ranks when hubby was eating just tried to maintain some normality. Ok I might have been having an Ensure but still did it.
