Had all my swabs and bloods done today at the hospital.
Got the bacteria washing stuff.
Been back to bed this afternoon.
Very scared, anxious worried about my op Tuesday on my birthday.need to be at London Marsden by 730 am as op that day.
10 hour op,a week in ICU.cancer taken from tongue and neck right side lymph nodes.
Staff rang will be having feeding tube,catheter , gastroenterology as lung conditon to help with my breathing.
Hi Mandy. Thanks for the update. It sounds like you will be well looked after. You must be somewhat overwhelmed by all this but at least the plan is in place and you will get your operation at last. We have all been thinking about you and hopefully you'll be able to talk to us once you're out of ICU. Keeping you in my thoughts till then.
