My mother is unable to attend her face to face appointment tomorrow at ENT as she has had a fall and her ME is that bad that she is bedridden.I have left a message with the Macmillan nurse to see if we could change it to a telephone appointment. If we do need to be seen face to face I can't say when this will be as my mother is so ill.Does anyone know if specialists will disclose the results of her test over the phone if it is bad news as we are in turmoil here wondering what the results are.
Good evening WarrenRow, in your mums' circumstances i would have thought they would discuss this over the phone, i know its not normal practice to do this but in sure once everything is explained it should be ok plus with the coronavirus back on the increase. Fingers crossed for you and your mum, take care.
