Hi, im new to these forums.

Currently 4 weeks through a 6 week course of treatment for throat cancer.

Left tonsil squamous cell carcinoma T3N1M0

Has anyone else had real trouble with a horrible thick mucus?

Im unable to keep anything food down because of it.

Any advice would be welcome.

  • Hi Golfera, I’m Tony a Community Champion, you may be best if you re-post on the Head and Neck forum as they have people with problems and hopefully help with your problem.

    I am answering  as I am a Head and Neck survivor and also Oesophageal one, so am in both forums I suggest that you nebulise 4 times a day if you haven’t got a nebuliser then a bowel with bioiling water and cover your head over the bowel, you can speak with your Treatment Team see if they will supply one, this is the link to the other forum
